Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and manage individualized support packages that address specific challenges faced by students in a school environment.

• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of client records and treatment statuses for ongoing assessment and administrative needs.

• Participate in case conferences, providing insights and evidence to support collaborative multi-disciplinary efforts.

• Act as a key worker coordinating with teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders, facilitating referrals to community services that support students’ recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n
