Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Radiant Solace Behavioral Healthcare, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and families.

• Formulating individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Administering therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) based on each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining accurate client records and therapy notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating with teachers, school counselors, and mental health professionals to offer holistic support for students.

• Engaging in case supervision and peer consultations to continually enhance therapeutic practices and outcomes.

• Providing education to clients and their families on mental health concerns, treatment avenues, and community resources.

• Remaining informed about current trends and developments in the mental health sector, integrating new knowledge into your practice.

• Managing a full caseload, ensuring that treatment goals are met qualitatively and within established timelines.

• Adhering to ethical standards outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and maintaining professional integrity at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-age children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
