Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of students presenting with various mental health issues, establishing accurate diagnoses, and formulating tailored treatment plans that embrace evidence-based practices.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in both one-on-one sessions and group settings to foster resilience and coping skills among students.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential clinical records in adherence with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client privacy.

• Collaborating extensively with an interdisciplinary team comprising teachers, school counselors, and educational psychologists to develop integrated support plans for students.

• Engaging in peer review and supervision sessions to continually advance the quality of care and share best practices with colleagues.

• Providing valuable psychoeducation to students and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and guiding them toward available resources in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral issues. You will play a crucial role in helping these young individuals navigate their emotional and social landscapes, enhancing their overall well-being and academic performance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in Oregon, evidencing your expertise in clinical social work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
