Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to clients' unique needs, cultural backgrounds, and specific circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to foster emotional well-being.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that encompass clear goals, interventions, and progress monitoring strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational staff, to create and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients as necessary.
\n
• Advocate for clients' rights, connect them with relevant community resources, and provide ongoing case management support.

• Engage in community outreach activities aimed at raising awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
