Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from your own home while maintaining a strong connection with your colleagues and clients through virtual platforms. Your weekly schedule will be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately identify client needs, challenges, and strengths.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to create a supportive environment for students and facilitate holistic care.

• Advocate for client access to community resources, including housing, employment support, and educational services.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates within our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in ongoing professional training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and contribute to program development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. You will address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and emotional disturbances, all within the context of their school environment. Understanding the unique dynamics of young clients is essential, as they often require sensitive, developmentally appropriate interventions to promote their mental health and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
