Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and audit-compliant records for all clients, ensuring documentation reflects the therapeutic processes and outcomes associated with individual cases.

• Engage in the performance evaluation of interns, providing feedback, support, and necessary documentation to aid their professional development and retention.

• Monitor intern caseloads and support assignments by coordinating with school contacts and other clinical supervisors to optimize client care.

• Participate in ongoing quality assurance processes to evaluate documentation and agency compliance, making necessary corrections as identified.

• Facilitate clinical consultations, addressing crises and supporting clients in both urgent and non-urgent circumstances, ensuring that help is always available when needed.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and program evaluations to foster a collaborative work environment and common objectives in providing care.

• Utilize AWARDS, our electronic health record system, for timely and accurate data entry related to client interactions and progress.

• Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for new interns, ensuring alignment with the agency's goals.

• Plan and coordinate recruitment events and ensure interns meet university requirements, further bridging the gap between academia and practical experience.

• Facilitate training workshops that comply with current regulations while equipping interns and trainees with essential knowledge in mental health practices.

As an LCSW at our organization, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges in school settings. We offer a competitive salary range from $80,000 to $122,000 per year for this full-time position, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
