Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students exhibiting emotional and behavioral challenges to formulate effective, individualized care plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to facilitate positive outcomes and promote student well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and other mental health specialists to create an integrated support system for students, ensuring coordinated care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them navigate available resources to enhance their mental health journey.

• Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in mental health, continually infusing innovative approaches into client care and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on working with school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and interpersonal difficulties. Qualifications\n
