Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with the children's services team. Although you will work from home, you will regularly interact with educators, families, and other professionals via virtual meetings and communication platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand each child's developmental needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Monitor and assess outcomes as part of a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing child development.

• Administer psychological evaluations in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
\n

• Utilize natural environment teaching and coaching methodologies to enhance learning experiences for children.

• Foster compliance with all safety and health standards to protect both staff and the children we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with children from birth to three years old who have disabilities or developmental delays. This critical age range is essential for establishing foundational skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas. Our goal is to support children and their families through early intervention, promoting growth and development at this pivotal stage of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active licensure by the Department of Public Health.

• Current LCSW designation is mandatory.
