Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and establish rapport with clients, creating individualized care plans that cater to their specific needs.

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual and group therapy focused on coping strategies for mental health issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and guiding clients through difficult situations.

• Facilitate evidence-based screenings and follow-up assessments to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s mental health care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse population of students facing significant emotional and psychological challenges. This may include but is not limited to conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
