Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Top Health Mental and Diagnostic Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for students, utilizing evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that address their unique mental health challenges.

• Implementing effective therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), providing students with practical tools to cope with their mental health issues.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of psychiatrists, psychologists, special education teachers, and school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student wellness.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve service delivery and stay current with mental health best practices.

• Providing education and support to students and their families about mental health conditions, promoting awareness and access to community resources.

• Staying informed of the latest research and developments in the mental health field to provide your clients with the best possible care.

The student population you will work with includes diverse ages and backgrounds, often presenting with a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n
