Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions with clients across various age ranges, ensuring personalized treatment approaches tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client records, session notes, and treatment plans, adhering to professional standards and legal requirements.

• Organizing and scheduling ongoing appointments, managing an up-to-date calendar to ensure seamless client interactions.

• Utilizing our billing service to handle claims and client accounts, while focusing on delivering high-quality therapeutic services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students and their families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and behavioral challenges. Your role will involve engaging with clients in a school environment, facilitating access to therapeutic resources that allow them to thrive academically and personally. This targeted focus enhances therapeutic outcomes and contributes to the overall atmosphere of well-being within the educational setting.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary, you will enjoy several benefits, including:
