Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions. You will leverage your expertise to guide young clients on their wellness journeys.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other empirically supported modalities, helping students cultivate resilience and hope.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Your meticulous attention to documentation will uphold our organization's commitment to ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes educators and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive support to clients and their families.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and improve the quality of care provided to our clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources, equipping them with the knowledge to navigate their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Washington State.

• Annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
