Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students, identifying mental health concerns and individual needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific circumstances and goals of each student and their family.

• Provide effective individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop and implement interventions tailored to address the unique challenges faced by students in a school environment.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary, ensuring immediate support is available to students in distress.

• Coordinate with school staff, including educators and administrators, to promote mental health awareness and ensure comprehensive care for students.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to serve students from diverse backgrounds within the school system, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license in Tennessee or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
