Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities as an LCSW will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of students and develop corresponding individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique requirements.

• Documenting client progress and maintaining comprehensive, timely clinical records in alignment with HIPAA regulations and best practices.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to provide integrated and coordinated care for each child.

• Facilitating regular case discussions and peer consultations to enhance treatment effectiveness and quality of care.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources to promote understanding and participation in the treatment process.

• Staying informed about the latest research and developments in mental health to continuously improve techniques and approaches used in clinical practice.

• Managing a full patient caseload while adhering to ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and ensuring that treatment objectives are met in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve a diverse population of school-aged students facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy and mental health treatment in a relevant setting.

Preferred Experience\n
