Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Applying evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to ensure effective treatment delivery.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and methods for monitoring client progress.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, educators, and other professionals to coordinate holistic care for students.

• Providing crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans for at-risk students.

• Advocating for clients’ rights and connecting them with essential community resources, while also providing case management support.

• Engaging in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental illness.

Qualifications\n
