Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each student's unique mental health needs, utilizing established best practices.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies, ensuring that all patient information is securely managed.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at sharing knowledge and improving treatment outcomes.

• Act as an educational resource for students and their families, informing them about mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources.

By understanding the diverse experiences of these students, you’ll be able to create inclusive and effective treatment plans that cater to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably in a school or community health setting.
