Work Environment\n

In this unique remote work setting, you will collaborate closely with educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to effectively address the mental health challenges facing students. The role is designed to provide flexibility while meeting the diverse scheduling needs of our student clientele. Some evening and weekend availability may be required to accommodate clients' schedules and ensure they receive adequate support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and the resources available to them.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy through individual, family, and group sessions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that articulate specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each student's unique needs.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate and enhance clients' care and treatment strategies.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing students' emotional resilience and coping skills.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to ensure the well-being of students in distress.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular consultations with school staff and families to create a holistic support system around students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on working with students facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral challenges. We aim to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all students, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being while working closely with families and school personnel to address the complex factors that influence their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
