Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ mental health to identify presenting issues and understand their backgrounds and treatment goals.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, closely monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to meet clients’ evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children, adolescents, and their families, providing a crucial layer of support during formative years. Our clients often present with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and challenges related to family dynamics, all of which require the skilled intervention of a seasoned social worker.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical services, ideally in a private practice or school setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
