Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy for clients across a broad age range, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Manage client records meticulously by completing documentation and notes promptly, adhering to best practices in client confidentiality and record-keeping.

• Effectively schedule ongoing therapy sessions, maintaining an organized calendar to facilitate consistent care.

• Collaborate with colleagues in case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall service delivery.

• Utilize our billing service for claims processing and account management to minimize administrative burdens and improve service efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients from various backgrounds and age groups, providing an array of therapeutic services tailored to meet their distinctive presentations. You will contribute to the mental health and emotional resilience of a community that includes children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate various life challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active LCSW licensure allowing for independent practice in Texas.
\n
• Professional demeanor with strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competence, and excellent time-management and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while still contributing positively to team dynamics.

• Ability to maintain a client load of at least 20-25 hours per week, including availability for a minimum of two evening appointments each week.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience in providing therapy to couples will be highly regarded.

• Proven history of utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities to address a range of clinical presentations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
