Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other modalities as appropriate.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, adhering to confidentiality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources to create a comprehensive support system for students and enhance their educational experience.

• Educate students and their families about mental health issues and empower them with strategies to cope and navigate challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist primarily of school-aged children and adolescents who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Oregon, with no disciplinary actions against your practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary between $52,000 and $70,000 annually , commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
