Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments to gauge client progress and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing substance abuse issues alongside mental health challenges. Your therapeutic interventions will address a wide range of concerns from anxiety and depression to trauma and interpersonal conflicts. By focusing on treatment methods that foster open communication and understanding, you will help clients develop healthier coping mechanisms, improve their relational dynamics, and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proven experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly in substance use and co-occurring disorders, will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, empathetic listening, and interpersonal skills to create a trusting therapist-client relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n
