Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor with Humanistic Counseling, you will be tasked with several key responsibilities:

• Delivering individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to address the specific needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who have undergone pre-screening, indicating they are stable and have low acuity. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Hold an active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that we cannot accept interns or those requiring supervision to provide therapy.

• Demonstrate excellent independence in managing client schedules and case management, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Have no disciplinary actions on your professional license, emphasizing a commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

A successful candidate will typically possess at least three years of professional experience working as a mental health counselor in various settings.
