Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client assessments to determine mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, creating a supportive environment for open communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting teens, adults, and couples who are navigating mental health issues and addiction recovery. You will focus on developing strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and understanding, enabling clients to explore their experiences and challenges deeply.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a mental health clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required to practice in this role.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
