The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to meet patient needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive cultural assessments to understand individual patient backgrounds and develop customized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address specific mental health challenges.

• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on enhancing coping strategies, emotional resilience, and personal development in a welcoming atmosphere.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, ensuring swift and effective responses during acute mental health episodes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
