Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through initial consultations to understand clients' mental health statuses, needs, and personal goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique background and therapeutic needs.

• Provide regular individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches and culturally competent practices to support diverse populations.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes, ensuring feedback loops are established for effective care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, including making appropriate referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Our client demographic includes adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, requiring counselors to employ culturally sensitive methods in their treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in delivering therapeutic interventions for diverse mental health issues with a focus on client empowerment and resilience.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
