Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide therapeutic services through various modalities, delivering individual, group, and/or family therapy that employs evidence-based practices to support client development.

• Assist clients in crisis situations by offering immediate intervention and emotional support during acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to professional, ethical, and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care and connect clients with additional resources when necessary.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about recent advancements in mental health therapy practices and methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• You must hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting, providing therapy and intervention services.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skills.
