Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients while actively monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants and addressing prevalent mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and community resources to coordinate holistic, patient-centered care.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas is necessary.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders along with a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
