This full-time, remote position allows qualified individuals to work from home while assisting in the recovery process of clients receiving care at our Detox Center located in Gilbert, Arizona. As a remote-based role, our Mental Health Counselors benefit from a flexible work setting that balances professional obligations with the comfort of home. While working from home, counselors are part of a supportive online community, participating in team meetings and case discussions via teleconferencing tools. This position is structured with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and may include some flexibility to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting detailed mental health assessments and developing effective treatment interventions.

• Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy, with a proven track record of addressing diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required, candidates with experience in detox treatment centers or those with specialized training in trauma-informed care will be given preference. Familiarity with supporting clients in recovery from substance use disorders is also highly valuable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
