Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine patients' needs.

• Collaborate with patients to develop customized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, needs, and cultural contexts.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couple, family, and group settings; techniques may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients in acute distress, ensuring they receive immediate support and care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure continuity of care.

• Conduct psychoeducation sessions for patients and their families, helping them acquire tools and skills for effective mental health management.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Monitor treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on performance metrics.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
