Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting that fosters flexibility while ensuring you remain connected with a multidisciplinary team. You will have the privilege of working from the comfort of your home while engaging in meaningful interactions with patients, collaborating with peers, and participating in team meetings via virtual platforms. Our work schedule generally operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility needed to accommodate patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients, families, and couples.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that encourage community engagement while addressing common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stability for clients.
\n
• Educate patients regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records adhering to ethical and legal standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage actively in case consultations, teamwork, and continuous professional development activities to foster a culture of learning and growth.

• Stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our caseload includes a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, encompassing individuals, couples, and families facing mental health issues. You will engage with patients experiencing complex emotional distress and varying degrees of mental illness, providing you the opportunity to make a profound difference in their lives through targeted, compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic practices.

• Proven track record of conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and building effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a wide range of populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring the ability to connect with patients and collaborate with team members.

• Strong ethical standards, sound judgment, and commitment to maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Comfort with technology, particularly electronic health record systems and standard computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in the mental health field, with specific experience in an outpatient setting.

• Experience in working with children and adolescent clients is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
