Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients, tailoring approaches to meet their diverse needs.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring personalized care.

• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to deliver coordinated and holistic care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment interventions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in regular team meetings and peer consultations to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Please note: Candidates with limited/provisional licenses or any disciplinary actions may not be considered.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be advantageous in this role:

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting, particularly in delivering virtual therapy.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Ability to implement therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices tailored to clients' needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, based on your caseload and professional experience. Additional benefits include:
