Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, quality assurance reviews of documentation, and tracking personal and professional goals highlighted in annual evaluations.

• Provide direct mental health treatment, including screening, evaluating, and diagnosing mental health disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and offering age-appropriate psychotherapy that respects and integrates developmental needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic support groups for various demographics, employing psychoeducation and group processes to foster growth and healing.
\n
• Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment, coordinating appropriate case management services and establishing multi-systemic supports.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through electronic medical records systems while employing effective communication skills for client interactions.

• Incorporate principles of Trauma-Informed Care and culturally responsive practices into all service delivery.
\n
• Participate in continuous professional development training and obtain continuing education units (CEUs) to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

• Licensed in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, with an independent license in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
