Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on standard practice guidelines, tailoring approaches to meet each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy methods, to facilitate effective counseling sessions.

• Provide clinical supervision and support to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality service delivery.
\n
• Collaborate with community professionals to create cross-system treatment plans, facilitating integrated care for individuals with complex needs.
\n
• Respond to crisis situations effectively, assessing the urgency of clients’ needs and ensuring they receive the appropriate level of care.
\n
• Conduct initial assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses according to the DSM-5 standards, including comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations.

• Integrate cognitive behavioral interventions into individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting methods to various settings and populations.
\n
• Provide ongoing training and education to team members and community stakeholders on relevant clinical topics to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients who are mothers, as well as individuals and families from underserved communities. This focus aligns with our dedication to improving mental health outcomes among those facing socioeconomic challenges. The role will require a deep understanding of the co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders that many of our clients may face.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and independent professional license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.

• Strong ability to manage a diverse and large caseload effectively while maintaining a high quality of care.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records and other relevant software applications to ensure efficient documentation and communication.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in electronic formats.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
