Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video chat.

• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities to tailor treatments that address each client’s unique challenges.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes.

• Assist clients in gaining insights into their feelings and behaviors, fostering personal growth and transformation.

• Monitor client progress over the course of the treatment and refine strategies to ensure the healthiest coping mechanisms are developed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adult clients who have a range of mental health needs. Our approach emphasizes skill-building to improve quality of life, thereby allowing clients to explore their experiences and relationships in a supportive therapeutic setting.

Qualifications\n

The position requires:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license permitting independent practice. Note: We do not accept provisional licenses.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
\n
• Proficient computer literacy, including experience with telehealth platforms.
\n
• A reliable computer equipped with webcam capabilities and a stable internet connection for conducting remote sessions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with a minimum of two years of related professional experience in mental health counseling will be given preference. Experience in hospice care settings or with similar populations will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, based on working hours and experience. In addition to a sign-on bonus, our comprehensive benefits include:
