This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring you remain connected to a collaborative team environment. Therapists at Medallion utilize the Simple Practice platform for conducting secure video appointments and communicating with clients through protected channels. You will be supported by your peers and management, creating a sense of community even from a distance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including teens, adults, and couples facing a variety of mental health issues. You will provide empathetic support and expert guidance to individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Understanding the socio-cultural dynamics of our community is essential to providing effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health clinician license, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy or Social Work preferred.

• Proven experience in mental health treatment and psychotherapy, with a minimum of two years in a clinical setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable delivering services via video conferencing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our therapists benefit from:
