Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate both one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy meetings, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic and integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for all patients.

• Participate actively in case reviews and treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through workshops and training opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

• Solicit client feedback to refine service delivery methods and enhance the therapeutic experience.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing a range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license in your respective state, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, to practice as a mental health counselor.
\n
• A minimum of three years of documented experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting, assisting individuals with emotional and psychological challenges.

• Proficient interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems will be advantageous, improving the efficiency of documentation and client tracking.
