Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a carefully screened client base of stable adults, each presenting low acuity mental health concerns. Our clients are matched to your specialties and preferred demographic characteristics, ensuring a fulfilling and productive counseling experience. As a therapist at Calm Serene, you will engage with individuals who are relatively self-sufficient and seeking to enhance their emotional wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Fully licensed without restrictions to practice independently in New Jersey as one of the following: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Note: No limited or provisional licenses accepted.

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate nature essential for effective client relationships.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfort with telehealth technologies to facilitate online sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with adult populations.
