Key Responsibilities\n

• Complete critical incident reporting forms within 24 hours when necessary to ensure transparency and effective crisis management.

• Participate in after-hours phone coverage on an alternating basis to provide ongoing care coordination support for clients in need.

• Maintain accurate crisis alerts and coordinate with county crisis services to improve client outcomes and response times.
\n
• Engage proactively with participants to implement strategies that avoid crisis service usage, thereby enhancing their overall experience.

• Perform additional duties as requested to support the needs of the clinic and its participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role will involve working with a diverse population of individuals seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Proficiency in quickly and accurately assessing client needs, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , depending on caseload and experience level.
