Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to identify clients’ mental health needs, substance abuse history, and other relevant factors.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring that all strategies align with our established care pathways.

• Provide comprehensive education and support to clients’ families to enhance understanding and involvement in the recovery process.

• Collaborate on treatment plans with multidisciplinary team members to maintain an integrated and cohesive approach to care.

• Safeguard client information and maintain accurate records adhering to healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of pre-screened individuals who are stable and have low acuity challenges, including those seeking support for anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. This role primarily serves adolescents and young adults, making it essential to possess the skills and adaptability to engage effectively with this demographic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is essential for this role.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in telehealth therapy modalities, particularly with younger populations.

• Strong commitment to ongoing training in our specific evidence-based frameworks known as care pathways.

• Exceptional technological skills including familiarity with Google Suite, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and other digital communication tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
