We invite Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our compassionate team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy through virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to meet diverse client needs.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans with clients that address their mental health issues while encouraging their holistic recovery journey.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during acute distress episodes, prioritizing client safety and emotional stability.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant state and federal regulations, contributing to organized care management.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care approaches, thereby enhancing the support network available to clients.

• Continuously expand your professional knowledge by staying updated on current research, emerging trends, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a varied client population, including adults, youth, couples, and families experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Oregon, or eligibility for licensure.

• Proven experience in delivering mental health services to individuals, families, and groups across various settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with excellent collaborative skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and comfort with providing virtual counseling.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based practices.

• Previous work experience in a telehealth or virtual care environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
