Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to provide counseling sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Document detailed patient histories, treatment progress, and outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Facilitate crisis interventions by employing your knowledge of mental health conditions and community resources, ensuring that clients and their families receive timely support.

• Educate clients and their families about psychosocial stressors, providing valuable resources and referrals to further support their journey toward wellness.

• Regularly coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, leveraging multidisciplinary expertise to enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, substance use issues, and familial conflicts. You will work closely with clients from different backgrounds, requiring cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively address their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing counseling services, preferably in a telehealth setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with high-risk populations and addressing issues related to trauma, domestic violence, and substance abuse is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits package includes:
