Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, incorporating personalized treatment planning tailored specifically to individual circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques adapted for virtual settings.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, offering guidance and support throughout their journey while adjusting treatment plans based on the evolving needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n
