Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients and deliver therapeutic services. You will work in a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Our virtual platform facilitates seamless communication and collaboration among team members while ensuring patient confidentiality and comfort.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain patients’ needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide effective individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community and addressing common mental health concerns among participants.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services, helping clients navigate mental health emergencies while linking them to appropriate resources.

• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and available community supports, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards.
