This role is entirely remote, enabling you to engage with clients via telehealth platforms in a flexible and convenient setting. Our remote model allows you to maintain work-life balance while contributing to essential mental health care without geographical constraints. You will be required to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a structured yet flexible schedule conducive to professional and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the severity, frequency, and impact of clients' mood disorder symptoms, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and treatment approach.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients through their recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, facilitating understanding and engagement in treatment strategies and self-care practices.

• Monitor and document clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect changes in their condition and treatment response.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Remain informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Noble Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Your role is essential in guiding these clients through their treatment journey, offering empathetic support, and promoting sustainable mental health interventions that lead to improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, especially in relation to mood disorders.
\n
• Sound knowledge of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and enhance patient care.

• Demonstrated ability to produce successful therapeutic outcomes with clients facing mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
