Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health backgrounds, strengths, and current challenges, tailoring the treatment approach accordingly.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused approaches.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that set clear, measurable goals and outline specific interventions to track clients' progress.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care that respects the holistic needs of each client.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate assistance in times of need.
\n
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, enhancing the therapeutic experience by fostering group dynamics and sharing valuable resources with participants.

Compensation and Benefits\n
