Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our clinical team by:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples while also meeting individually with each partner to address unique challenges and dynamics.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions that tackle issues such as conflicts among family members, adjustment to separation and divorce, grief, and stress management.

• Assessing client needs and developing personalized treatment plans that encompass individual, couple, and family therapy interventions.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support clients, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, emotion-focused therapy, and systemic approaches.

• Documenting client progress accurately and maintaining comprehensive records in compliance with licensing regulations.

• Participating in regular team meetings to review cases and collaborate on treatment approaches to ensure the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, addressing a broad range of mental health concerns. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
