Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Provide effective individual therapy based on proven modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and systemic therapy, tailored to encourage clients’ personal growth and well-being.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their objectives, and monitor their progress throughout their journey in therapy.

• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions or have mobility challenges, ensuring accessibility and support for all individuals seeking help.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and quality care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with emerging practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
