Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Conscious Psychotherapy Clinic, you will:

• Collaborate with your colleagues in regular staff and clinical supervision meetings to enhance your practice and stay updated on the latest methodologies.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, establishing effective, individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy using evidence-based techniques designed to promote emotional wellness and personal growth.

• Develop therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment methods as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy solutions for clients facing mobility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring broad access to our mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient demographic, including both adults and children/adolescents. You will be tasked with addressing a range of mental health issues, from relationship difficulties to mood disorders, ensuring that every session is tailored to the individual client's context and needs.

Qualifications\n

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:

• Active and valid LMFT license in the State of Texas.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
