Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Neuro Behavioral Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that each family member's unique needs are addressed.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, as well as offering individual therapy to meet the diverse backgrounds and experiences of each client.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, to help clients navigate challenges including: \n

  • Alcohol and substance abuse

  • Interpersonal conflicts and communication difficulties

  • Grief and loss

  • Adjustments to separation and divorce

  • Blended family dynamics

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes through our digital systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and children facing a range of issues such as family dynamics, relationship conflicts, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
