Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the individual and family dynamics.

• Facilitating individual, couples, and family therapy sessions while addressing a wide range of issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse.

• Grief and loss emotional processing.
\n
• Conflict resolution among family members, including siblings.
\n
• Job-related stress and challenges.
\n
• Medical concerns impacting family functioning.

• Family structure issues relating to blended families, remarriages, and divorce.
\n
• Enhancing communication skills among family members.
\n

• Providing ongoing support through crisis intervention and resource management.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation as required by state regulations and agency policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including adults as well as children and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to address a wide spectrum of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs of each client will be crucial in fostering positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Must hold a valid and active LMFT license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
